Why are people the way they are,I leave home for 1 day and someone breaks in and takes almost everything i have including all my money i have to live on for 2 months in a safe no less,are there any decent people left in the world?
 
Thats just i told no one i was going to be gone it was a last minute thing,bad thing is i dont work and am a full time student the cash i had at home was to pay my bills and to buy Christmas presents for my grand kids,i hope there happy they screwed my life up
 
I had my comp with me and no renters ins. i am only here for another 2 months then moving again to be closer to school and even if i did have it they wont replace cash
 
about 1500$ in xmas presents for my kids and grand kids 2 books of movies so about 200 movies,they were going to try to take the tv but all the got was the power cord and remote,my brand new ipod some rare 2$ bills and 3 jars of change i was saving for charity,finacilay they have ruined me and before you ask about a bank i cant get an account because of bad credit,the cash they got (about 6grand) was from a work comp settlement i got a few months ago,thats why it was in the safe
 
not sure what i am going to do yet,even if they catch who did it i am sure the money is gone,guess i will have to quite school and get a job and maybe go back later
 
Sorry to hear it man. How did they get in?

They can really deny you a bank account because of credit?? Does not make sense to me....you are DEPOSITING money not asking to borrow it...
 
they got in through a window on the backside of the house,and yes they can if you have had a bank acct. closed on you with a balance do to the bank long story i dont want to get into but it was the banks fault
 
daamn man, that really really sucks. Thats why I NEVER use safes... Everyone knows what they are for... PROTECTING VALUABLE'S ! How did they break the safe? Was it electric safe or mechanical? electric safe is easy to open i can do it in 5 minutes. Stash big cash like that in your ATTIC ! No one ever thinks to go up in there.

Oh and btw, watch who you talk to and hang out with. I bet the person(s) that did it will return to your house.. one day. Invest in a security camera or two (closed loop of course) and record your house everytime you leave. Make sure they are small and hidden.

Oh I am SO sorry to hear that! That is horrible, and I can't believe people do things like that to others.

Thanks Trix,I do appreciate it,biggest prob i have right now is going to be to pay the rent,looks like i might have to sell my car.
 
DONT YOU DARE DO THAT. There are other ways to get money. If you sell your car, how are you going to get to your job ?????? I hate to say it, but bump off school for a little while, or do some online classes. And get a job !! Let the holidays pass and see where you are from there, I dont ever want to hear you say you have to sell your car... ever again.

Dont have an attic ??? You live in a trailer? You gotta find a better way to stash your cash.
