So, whats the deal with cal?

I've been around these mark8 message boards for a while now and I've seen it all. Everyone has their own rules. You guys didn't follow the rules that were set in that forum period. Maybe they are weird rules, but rules nonetheless. It says everywhere on the forum that posts or sigs with this and that will be deleted without warning. Everyone runs their house like they want. Seriously running endless pages of retarded threads is pointless. Move the hell ON ! If your life revolves around an internet message board and you feel you were E-violated that's the problem right there. Spend more freaking time working on your car or whatever is is you do to relax.

Ok, so anyone know why I was banned?

At this point I could really care less, the word has been spread by me to many Mark 8 and Lincoln sites. And alot of the info that is on there can be found elsewhere. I'm done with markviii.org and with Cal. May him and his little crappy Porsche fall off the earth while banning people for no reasons or explanations!!
 
I think that is what upsets us the most. Its not so much the banning, its that we were not warned and not given an explanation.

On top of that, we were regular members for some time, not some rookie shooting off his mouth.

Heck, all I said was the a word, without hole on the end and it was referring to Ford and where they can stick there halogen Gen II conversion kits. On top of that, I did not say it, I quoted it cause it WAS funny! Thats all, and I am banned!

I know why Shawn got banned....because of our comrodery and Cal was jealous because I gave Shawn so much crap about something(don't remember, I'm sure it was about a M8 though, haha) and afterwards I told him "I love you man!"(not in a homo way). Remember that, lmao! Friendship at its best!

For the record, I didn't "break any rule" over there.

There was a very hot topic that had been debated into the ground and many of the previous coversations on that topic had been "locked".

I made THIS comment.

Careful folks, or this thread will get locked as well... THAT WAS ALL I SAID.

Then I received a "condecending email from Cal" saying that "I was making snide remarks".. which I had not.

I made NO COMMENTS in reference to ANY MODERATOR.. I was ONLY TRYING TO KEEP THE THREAD FROM BEING LOCKED.

Cal felt it was "acceptable" to send his SNIDE comments to my WORK email address rather than the address I used when I signed up on the board.. AND he Carbon Copied ALL of the moderators.. as if to say "Look at ME".. I'm SMACKING TOM around.

The whole deal was very offensive and completely FABRICATED.

So I replied to ALL on the email and TOLD CAL and his moderators to "CEASE AND DESIST" from harrassing me at my WORK EMAIL ADDRESS.

I broke NO RULE, and the MENTAL MIDGET CAL felt it was appropriate to harrass me AT WORK?

Sorry, I didn't break any rules..plain and simple.

but regardless.. I wouldn't return anyways.. it's a moot point pretty much, but I did want to clarify exactly WHAT occured and it wasn't because I broke "some rule".

I was the first one to point out that his daughter was HOT! Haha....I'm sure thats not why you got banned, unless you asked for her number, lol!

Jeremi....everyone breaks a rule everyday...that doesn't make it ok to just up and ban them. I still don't know what I did, and I can't even begin to guess because the night before I posted, I had 187 topics that I had to catch up on, so I spend 2-3 hours on the forums posting and replying. I had been gone for the weekend or something so when I got back I was WAY behind. Looking back as a guest, I noticed 2 of my MAJOR posts were deleted, none were nothing but informative.

Don't deny that Cal is VERY anal about his site, and any mention of eBay, or LOD, or any other thing for that matter so rather than being yourself we had to walk on eggshells in fear of getting an email, or better yet spending an hour on one informative post and having it deleted.

Atleast I feel secure and confident that I can be myself(without cursing, lol) on LOD without feeling like I'm going to be punished for it, or banned.

Tommy.....I know exactly how you feel.....Cal took it upon himself to make a "sticky" about Max and I, and worded everything to make himself into the victim. Very cowardly and childish.

Max....just admit it, Jeremi is a meany and he works for the Mafia(as a butler, lol)! Not sure who was name calling.

OK...NOW that's all hashed out, all we have to do when anyone else "leaves" that other site, we just direct them to this thread and we're done, right?? I think we have just about run this info into the ground. We all know what everyone thinks (within reason) and we can now finish this thread. I'd much rather you guys just finish now so we (mods) don't HAVE to. Agreed? I really HATE putting stop orders on threads!
