Definitely not plug and play. I thought the wires plugged into the back of the switch but they are made as one piece and the switch wiring is attached to the entire seat harness. I think it would be easier to cut the wires and splice the new switch in, than to try to replace the entire...

How do I stop the rear grilles from rattling in my Gen 2? I replaced the foam between the metal and plastic piece with t shirt material but the speaker makes the metal grill go in and out. I had to turn down the bass to get it to not rattle.
I used HP Cyberlink DVD Suite Deluxe that came with my HP Pavilion computer and burned some discs at 8x (the slowest speed) and it played fine on my '98s 10 disk changer.
Am I correct in inferring from this that a 4:10 rear end in a Gen 2 does not require a Speedcal or a tune? My car is stock although I want to do some mods later. I have the rear end and a '93 driveshaft. Will the driveshaft work in my '98?
Need sunvisors bad, the cloth on mine is about 3/4 falling off. Homelink preferred but not required.

The 3 nylon pieces are called Window Regulator Gear Plugs. You can get them in the HELP section of your auto parts store. Part number 74410. Around $8.00 per side. Says they are for 1965-2004 Ford Lincoln and Mercury Window Motors.
