What? I'm an idiot when it comes to FoMoCo products, as I work in a Chevy dealership, and work on those all day, every day. So.... since it can still move itself from hot to cold, and occasionally from cold to hot, then I just need to re-attach the metal arm to the lower grey arm? Or is there...

The funny thing is, it will move itself from hot to cold. But not from cold to hot. Then there's the occasion that it'll work and adjust itself no matter what I set the temp at. It'll adjust itself from hot to cold, then back to hot and anywhere in between without me having to move it by hand...

That is very true! Haha. I'm getting quite good at finding it and moving it over while going down the road hahaha.

I still have to do mine. At this point, I just reach up on the side of the glove box and move the arm myself.

Hey everyone! So, the Mark has 177,4xx on it currently, but my daily commute to work and back is about 50 miles round trip. Anyway, I was thinking, should I change the fluid in the rear diff? I assume this would be a maintenance item, just like an oil change, just not as frequently obviously.

That sucks! Hopefully it all works out. We didn't get much of anything here in this part of MA. There is some heavy flooding in all neighboring cites/towns, but we seemed to have lucked out. I'm going to go take a ride around and see whats up.

Yea, that's an awesome idea! Its in Charlies garage until tomorrow night, so it should be good. On the way back from their house to mine, (across town) there was wicked heavy rain, couldn't see the road. This isn't even the worst part of the storm. Not looking forward to what tomorrow brings.
