Isnt the Continental the top of the line model and the town car is a level below? My continental is massive on the inside and its reliability is great also...over 130k miles and no real problems to speak of!
Are motorcraft parts that much better/last longer than the cheaper replacement parts? They cost a bit more but if they are alot more reliable id rather spend the money and be safe.
Ok quick question?
My 1997 Continental Owners manual says to use 5w-30 Oil..Now I just found a couple online noteces dating from 2002 and 2006 that fords reccomends 5w-20 oil for fuel savings...They listed a bunch of vehicles and the 97 conti was there....anyone use 5w-20 here?
Does anyone know if they sell a complete bushing kit preferably polyurethane for a 97' conti?
I tried energy suspension and google but can only find bits and pieces from various manufactures.
why not just get some 3m double sided tape and test fit the ornament and take pics? that way before you go making a permanent change you have an idea of whether or not you like it.
Just curious to see who's conti has the most miles on it ...stock with no rebuilds....mine has a lil over 128k and runs real strong. no oil consumption or anything!
