Having used both, I would say scooter for a car show, air show, ect. For everyday use, I preferred my wheelchair, but it is a custom fit lightwieght rigid chair made just for me. Now I use crutches just about all the time, but found the scooter to work very well on my last trip to the Sun n Fun...

That sounds exactly like the symptoms my car is having. I reached in and spun the fan blade by hand, and it spun freely. Hopefully it's as simple a fix as yours was, or maybe just a fan motor.

I'll check the fan in the morning, but would a faulty fan motor also cause the A/C compressore to stop working?

Got in the car today to go to lunch, and as the title says, I had no A/C, only ambient temp air coming out of the vents. The A/C compressor isn't coming on, and the cooling fan dosn't turn on, even after letting the car idle in the driveway, with the temp guage up to the "O" in NORMAL. No CE...

Alot of owners already have, myself included. There are hundreds of complaints on these headlights on the NHTSA site about these lights. If anything is gonna be done about these lights, I'll believe it when I see it...

When I changed mine, the lower bolt was not, i repeat not, frozen or rusted in place. When the nut was put on at the factory, it was tightened with enough force to cause the surrounding metal to pinch in on the threads. No amount of banging with the BFH would move the bolt. Removing the flag off...

The first one had more character development, but this one easily had a bigger budget, and it showed. Overall, I enjoyed it!
