what did the dealer do to fix overheat, could they have crossed you ignition wires? or cracked one of the coil packs ? Look at the coil packs at night and see if you see any arcing.. Just a thought....

Look for the oval cats high flow , the round ones are easy to find but dont fit well with headers , either type ,long or short...
