Unfortunately for me, here they still do a visual to make sure you have not deleted something: So if there is no solution to the EGR fitment problem my Cobra intake will be for sale and I will be looking for a supercharger instead. If DLF can't make it work, it isn't going to work.

Will it still pass the sniffer with the EGR deleted and tuned out? If so that is the route I will go as well.

91 Mustang and the Mark VIII are both 28 spline. The T-Lok from the Mustang will work just fine in your stock pumpkin.

Bad diode in the alternator. Mine is in the 14.4-14.5 range without load, around 14.1-2 with load. When mine went bad it had readings similar to yours. The battery light would occasionally flicker but never come on and eventually the battery died.

Lubricate the tracks with a good penetrating oil and let the seat work back and forth a few times. If that does not work there is a motor overhaul procedure on the net that is not very hard to follow.

Other than replacing the assembly, I have heard of people having luck getting the LED's from places like Radio Shack and soldering them in individually.
