Just figured out the ballast I received were the incorrect units. I talked to the manufacture and they are sending the correct units. I have 10 more are on the way. $85 shipped

Basically a Swap.. Red to red Black to black Orange to green Neon wires to neon wires. Pretty darn Simple.

I didnt really look too hard at the wires. But I did see there was no corrosion on the relay(Plug). I will have to look and see if there is anything funky looking on the wires..

sounds like a vac leak. The hole is prolly just the right shape to make the whistle... try disconnecting the vac lines in the area one at a time and see if any of them change the sound. Could be intake tube aswell check that pretty good too.
