I need the plastic screws that hold the cowl cover the base of the windshield....... For some reason my car only has 2 and water is getting into the passenger side ;-( If you have some from this car I would love to get my hands on them.

Yeah, I suspect I'm going to have to find a similar solution. Finding these screws are going to be tough ;-(

Glad I found this thread, out of the blue my is leaking on the passenger side after hard rains. How do I get the darn wiper arms off their shafts?!?! They have to be removed before I can get the cowl off ;-(

Does EVERYTHING work? Blend door, drivers/passenger seat and steering column? I bought my 98 LSC last Christmas and none of these things worked ;-(

Impressive. I've done one swap on a 4 cylinder Saturn and it was a pain but is very doable. I guess on the Mark the engine must come out the bottom.

Yeah, except in this case the oil comes out the dip-stick hole and goes all over the garage floor ;-(

Hey Diller, I removed approx 11 qts. I guess I should have ask first, knowing all that fluid had to go somewhere ;-)

OK, today I drained all the fluid including the tq converter. As I was refilling thru the dip-stick on or about qt 9 tranny fluid started to overflow and come out the the dip-stick tube :-( Of course I didn't catch it until about 1/2 a quart was all over the garage floor. My question is...

Guys, I'm planning on servicing my tranny in the next week or two. I have a 98 LSC and I know to use Merc V or what ever is the latest fluid and a new filter but I'm not clear on what else I need to do while the pan is down? Do I need to do the accumulator or not? I don't care about firm...

That's it! I traced the wires to the "silver finned radiator looking box", now I see my mistake. I have been trying to connect them to the ballast like your saying ;-( Hopefully I can get this fixed tonight. Thanks guys!

What is technically the "ballast" on my 98? The part the old HID bulb is mounted to, or the silver box from which the wiring comes? Does this make sense?
