I could take a pic of the engine but there's nothing special under the hood besides an autometer fuel pressure gague on the fuel rail,and Geno's icebox. other that that it looks the same as any other. I may also take it to the track this weekend if Geno goes and hopefully I can run it in some cooler weather for some better times.

dammit i wish i had money for a 2nd car!! i soooo want another mark. i could sure deal with a 13 sec one too. i may actually consider this. i'm probably a 5 or 6 hour drive away, so don't count me out just yet...
PS: how's the tranny? mine blew up 3.5 times while i had it! so that's my one major concern

Dennis: Your Mk is outstanding looking, and yes I have been
looking for quite some time for the "Right" 0ne.
As you probably know I have been laid up for a few months trying to
get on top of some cancer issues, and havent posted.
It looks like Im blessed with a somewhat of a remission, and
I may find some time to research my MK.
As you may have known mine was a 94. How much difference in it and the 95?
I have to visit a VA hosp in southern ca next week, but will be home about the 18th or so.
As I said Ive been attracted to your Mk since you advertized it, but me living in Wyoming, and the car being in Jersey presents a bump in the road.

I know someone whos looking for a mark really bad, I will show him here but he lives far and plus, "I" think your asking way to much, I paid 5 grand for my mark, But it was better to equal shape. plus lower miles. Another thing, Don't say 13 sec mark, Then People know you were hotrodding it. Justs my 2cents

are you serious?! Like they're not gonna know it's "modded" once they ride in it and hear it. Maybe I'll just tell them it's an exhaust leak
and that all mark viii's out run mustangs. As far as the price goes I had this car sold for 8 grand 4 mos ago and backed out at the last second cause I wasn't ready to see it go. You paid 5 grand for yours,I'm only ASKING 2 more grand for 5 grand worth of mods and a 1 grand stereo system and brand new o-stars. No this car isn't for someone who's looking for a stock 8 but someone who's into modding it will be attracted to this car. Geno who has as much knowldge on these cars as anyone thinks it's a steal and he did all the work on my car. That's cool though it's just your opinion.

I agree--looking arounf recently this is definitely a great car--paint interior sound mods rims make this car a total package and for that price is fair--I wish i this car is still avaiable when i go for my second mark but hope for dennis' sake its sold lol

SOMEBODY had better get in on this deal! I would, but I'm more interested in a couple of black-on-black 97 LSC's locally. I'm letting anyone I know in the northeast who is looking for one that you're selling yours, though. Hopefully you can avoid trade-in. I only got $4000 when i traded in my '94 in fall '02 towards an explorer. Now i'm looking to sell it privately to get one of these '97 LSC's. One dealership only offered $1400 for my '99 loaded XLT 4x4!!! I payed $13000 for it 16-17 months ago! I feel your pain, man.
