1996 Town Car

Hello everyone,
I have a 1996 Anniversary, Marlin Edition, Town car. She has 232,600+ miles on her. I bought her 4 years ago with 109,000 on her. She has a 1998 4.6 from an F150 that the previous owner had installed. She is the torque-iest lincoln I have ever owned. She now has 3.73 gears, 28" tall tires, a shift kit from Jet Performance products, a double wing spoiler from ABC Exclusive Mustangs, and a Sport Tune performance chip. My ultimate goal is to get her to the track this year. I have looked at the times posted on here and they all seem impressive. I will post mine after I get to the track. I have looked over the last 4 years for a forum to join, & this is the one I found yesterday that has intrigued me the most! Now off to browse the site...

Welcome, Don!

That sounds like a real mean Town Car you've got there. I can't wait to see some photos of it. Looking forward to seeing your track times, also.... :)

Subaru STI inspired, Nautica edition, Town Car. /love it./

Get video of that thing on a Rally circuit, and I'll be a happy man.

Marlin Edition? Check.
Double decker Mustang spoiler? Check.
All checks out!
Not sure if rust is an issue where you live, that wheel well trim traps water and dirt and causes them to rust there pretty quickly.

I am partial to that body style Town Car, I almost bought a 97 when I was shopping in 2001 for a Grand Marquis (ended up with a 2000 Grand Marquis).
