BEFORE you click: it's in North Carolina, has 71,000 miles and he's asking $45,000! Isn't that way too much even for a rare gold "Spring Feature" Mark VIII? The engine bay could use some sprucing up, who knows what it looks like underneath, regardless of what the owner wrote in the description. NADA Guides puts it at $5,050.

Maybe his wife told him to sell it and he convinced her it is rare and valuable and put it at a price no sane person would pay so he can keep it.

The car is still for sale locally, still for $45K, as well as on cars.com. IDK why you would pay money to post ebay and cars.com ads for years asking for such an outrageous, unimaginable amount for a car that, unless the previous owner was Goldfinger, no sane person would buy.
