steve, its so funny you say this, and i dont want to get gross here, but i used to go at least 4 to 5 times a day, sometimes more, but now i go in the am after i wake up, and i usually dont go again after lunch at work, then i come home and eat dinner and usually go again after dinner, twice a day. huge changes have already happend, i feel way better, i am not as tired as i have been, i used to come home from work and take a 2 or 3 hour nap, i dont even lay down now. after work i chill at home for a bit, we eat dinner then we go for a jog/walk combo. i cant make the whole trip jogging, i do still smoke, but i smoke twice as much as my wife and i can easily out jog her by a long shot, she cant understand how i can even jog, neither can i but it doesnt bother me at all, i dont huff and puff like a smoker of my magnitude should! i will be quitting the smokes soon too then i should be able to jog without the walking in between. what a difference in the way i feel though dam!!
