289 or C4

I need a 289 or 302 motor and/or a good C4 tranny if anyone has one. Not a drag trans, just a street trans. thanks

three 302's all 80's vintage:
1. 1989 Mercury Marquis
1. 1985 Lincoln TC
3. 1989 F150

do have one c-4 without the bellhousing.
