WTB: 4 Used iPod Touch or iPhone

I'm looking for 4 used iPod Touch or iPhones. As low as 8g is OK, I only need them to run one app which doesn't take much memory. Of course they must have working WiFi and must be able to run the latest IOS updates.

They must have clean, unscratched screens, OK if they don't have cables or chargers.

One more requirement... they must be CHEAP! So if you have an old iPod Touch or iPhone laying in a drawer and would like a few bucks for it let me know what you would like for it.

I'm switching my judges over to an all electronic judging system in 2015 and I need these for them to use.

Alternatively, I've seen a handful of other devices hit the market lately that include some small amount of 4G service, as well as WiFi.

Two of the more interesting ones are the HP "Stream" series tablets. the 7" goes for $100, and the 8" is just under $200.. the 8 also includes 200mb/mo of 4G service.
Both run full versions of Windows 8.1, which means that ANY windows application will run on them. Unbelievably cheap for a full-fledged windows computer.

I've seen a few Chromebooks with a similar free 4G service as well..

Thanks Mike but the software I'm using is only compatible to Mac and IOS, none of the others will work.
