I was in my senior year of high school, walked into my second period class (auto shop, of course) and it was on TV. Didn't talk much in the other periods, just watched it on TV all day.

I'll never forget. Watched a special on tv last night.

RIP John Schardt. Childhood friend who lived just up the street from me on Staten Island. Firefighter who was crushed by the south tower. Entered the building shortly before it collapsed.

I can never forget, lived 10 miles away and saw and heard them fall that day :frown:

I was going to my history class in middle school. When I first saw it on TV, I was like sweet, it's movie day but then realized it was actually happening and I couldn't believe it. we just moved from NYC 6 months ago.
