'93 driveshaft balancing and installation

I plan to finally put my dusty, spiderweb infested, '93 driveshaft into my car before Carlisle '17. My question is should I waste my time/money getting it re-balanced or should just trust the factory balancing? The u-joints seem tight so I wasn't going to change them out either. I plan on doing a TR-6060 swap so this driveshaft won't be the last one in the car.

Also any tips/tricks for swapping the driveshaft. I believe on the SC I don't have to drop the tank but you do on the Mark?

I had mine taken to a local driveshaft shop and balanced. Turned out it needed a little weight added. I have yet to install it but I have heard the exhaust and gas tank need to come down.

Thanks for the input. I'll get a quote from a few local shops by me. Still undecided on what route I want to go here.
