I blew the head gaskets on my MK8 and the cylinders got flooded to the point that it won't start up. Since getting a new engine or repairing the old one would cost about the same (too much), I'm just gonna sell it or part it out. Here's the rundown.
Under the hood:
Needs new engine or serious head job
Needs new heater core
Radiator might be leaking (could just be the hoses)
Suspension:
Only has air ride in front; Rear is regular struts
Air Ride works perfectly
Front needs new LCAs
Exterior:
Evergreen Frost Metallic
Overall, paint is nice; fading on rear bumper
A few dings; a few scratches
Grille is broken (emblem is like new)
Factory chrome-plated wheels (only one is peeling, other 3 in great condition)
Tires have little wear (BF Goodrich T/A something or other)
Interior:
Saddle
Front seats have cracks and a few small tears
Back seat is fine
Carpet probably needs replacing
Power windows need work
RH mirror doesn't go left & right
All other features work fine
Power Moonroof
10 disc CD changer
A/C works fine
Located in Jacksonville, FL. Any offers?
