It isn't hard. Get a support bar like this, attach it to the lower alternator mounting points and go from there. I had my subframe lowered within 30 minutes of starting the oil pan replacement job. Last fall on my 95.

It is E18. However, it's an external Torx bit. E = external. :wink:

I have removed about 50 engines this year only. I use a 6 point 14mm 1/2 drive socket.
I have 7 blocks in my garage at this time.

I happen to think about this today. If the bolts are rusty you will need the E18, forgot that the vehicles around here are for the most part rust free.
