WTB: 98 Black Steering Wheel

The title says it all. I need a nice one to make my interior perfect-ish. Must be midnight black. Thanks in advance.

This probably won't help you much, but if you can find one, the Mustang FR500 steering wheel looks great on a 98 midnight black interior. It just needs a small amount modificatio

I bought mine back when they could be had for less than $200. Recently, I've seen them go for 4 times that amount, though.

Ideally you want to find a great used one for a cheap price. 98 black will be tough though. John at Mark8 Mucsle can arrange for yours to be restored and he adds a little mod that is nice. It is about $250 or so. He had one at Carlisle and they were nice. There are also a few places in Texas that will do a good job refinishing them. You could send them any color one and they can make it midnight black.

98 was the only year for midnight black. That one on ebay looks amazing though. I just bought one from someone on another forum. Hoping it turns out better than my current wheel.
