I know I have to do the rewiring of the pinout connecter and use a pre 1998 mlps, do I have to use a pre1998 TCC and a OSS sensor and if so is is just a straight swap
You need the TCC solenoid from your year vehicle. Also use your old OSS, MLPS, and speedo sensor. And of course repin the connector. I believe that's it.
