if this club didn't register that domain how is that stealing? ::wtf:: I think it's a pretty low hit ::nono:: but none the less, that's a huge oversight.
Not buying the name of the club dot com. Just because you buy it, it dosen't mean it has to be used but cover all bases and buy domain names that could be related. It costs what $10 a year...::wtf::

Realistically, back in the day, dot com sites were for commercial use and dot org sites were for not-for-profit organizations. The boundaries have surely disintegrated and even more extensions are available(dot info, dot us, dot biz, ...) and the lawyers and arbitrators laugh all the way to the bank.
Low hit? Oversight? Puhlease... even you say "Just because you buy it, it dosen't mean it has to be used". Well, it's being used. And admittedly it's being utilized for profit. The domain was intentionally garnered in bad faith as an act of personal retribution. Period. ::uh::
How many here have registered your own personal name? I doubt many have and even much less across all available domain extensions. Maybe you should 'cover all the bases'. How would it feel if every web search for your name resulted in hits that turned a profit for someone else? Even the benevolent have feelings. :B
