I want to thank everyone for the input on helping me with my Lincoln as I'm new too working on this Bred ,and I wanted to give some feedback on After Market Bushings.I went with The Moog Thermo plastc for the likeness of the poly's and what I found with the Moog kit is the sleeve is about an 1/8 th of an inch longer and no room for a inner sleeve.my only explanation to this was the thickness of the supplied sleeve and the length is no crush as to how you would set up poly bushings.I wanted a lil more added agility of this bushing if I can get by for now great until I can totally go through this car."I plan on keeping her for a long time to come".But all you Hardcore Lincolneers ive me a shout about erioes and the besservice you have with your brands I LISEN TOEVERYTHING...thanks !

The Moog Bushings are great i love them.
Do not alter the sleeve in any way.
I would say most if not all the failures are due.
To installer error.
The early problems when these bushings first came out.
Where corrected long ago.

If I remember correctly you are supposed to trim one of the sleeves down a bit. The one time I tried the aftermarket stuff it ca with instructions on trimming. I may be wrong

I have to say I agree,I believe that the Moogs with the thermos plastic in my opinion should be tight but not crushed

Glad they worked out for you. I love em too. The front is so much tighter than stock.
