Alignment 18" Rims

I'm going to get my Mark VIII alignment Friday.

Does it matter if I have my stock rim or 18" rim on the car?

I don't have tyres for my 18" rim right now.

No it should not. But there is this thing called radial pull, so don't be surprised if you car acts different with different tires.
If the alignment is set to spec, it should be neutral in regards to tires. But if it's set for the feel (very often the case), then it might change with new (different) tires.

Thanks man.

The alignment shop charges more for 18" rim and up. Don't know why.

I always thought it was important to have the wheels and tires on that would be driven on most for an alignment.

Weird that it's more for 18"+ wheels, though.
