Brake Pads

On my car, I'm running Cobras up front. I'm using Autozone's Duralast C-Max pads and am disappointed in their performance.

I'm looking for a pad with a good bite and won't fade easily. What do you guys recommend?

that's what i'm using. cold bite is lacking, but ceramics need to warmed up. after they are warm i have no trouble bringing ABS intervention at any time.

you probably will need to look into a semi metallic. they have much more cold bite.

I worked for Advance for a while and currently have Bendix products on both cars. The DD got the Bendix Metallic MKD series, and the Whiner got the CT series of Ceramics. I think you will find either to be very acceptable in performance, and easy on the pocket book.

Yes, I've run the R4-S pads on two cars now and liked them alot. Especially once warmed up they are amazing then, and good all around.
