brake upgrade on the dd

This is on my 95 the daily
Modified the brackets of 99-04 brakes to fit over mark rotors
And still fit inside 16" wheels
These were supposed to go on my 97 almost 4 years ago but I did 17s and cobras instead.

How did you do it?

I was going through old posts and noticed I never replied to stone17 and I'm very sorry.
First- I marked the location of the new holes (should have drilled pilot holes right then)
Second- I sent them to my welder to fill the holes and build up extra mounting surface.
Third- took them to work milled the faces flat drilled the holes
Tried to tap but they were to hard.
Fourth-took them to my dads to use the torch heated them to red hot then buried them in a bucket of sand for a slow cool to anneal them.
Fifth- tap them.
Sixth-back to work to powder coat them.
