This is absolutely near me, I may be able to go but someone else from here needs to go to tell me how to fix all my problems, lol
lolVery simple...you buy Moose!!!!
They're a small group of Mark VIII owners located basically around LI & Queens. They do come to some other shows as a group sometimes but typically they seem to sponsor gatherings a couple of times a year like the one I posted about.I still wanna know who the "Mark VIII's of the State of NY" club is?

I'll find out for youHey, Leo:
Do you know if they're selling posters from this show? I would love to get 2 of them, and would gladly pay to get them
I've asked them a few times, I never really get a straight answer but I think at least a handful do lurk here. They seem to be content to not associate themselves with any national group. I think they were mostly formed from banned members of the old boards. So why aren't they a part of us?

Hi there, I have known Leo for a number of years and he told me that there was questions and some interest in our show... I would like to introduce myself, My name is Jeff and I am the Founder/President of Mark VIII's Of The State Of NY car club, we have been around since march of 2005, all of our members are from the Tri-state area. Can I register the Caddy?
Who is the "Mark VIII's of the State of NY" club?
-J

Here is some info about us....Our club is Serving the areas of Long Island & the New York metropolitan area. The club was an idea started by Jeffrey K. in the Suffolk County area back in March 2005. In June of 2005 the club went public and currently has many members from Nassau, Suffolk, Brooklyn, Queens, Connecticut & New JerseyI still wanna know who the "Mark VIII's of the State of NY" club is? -J
There is no real reason it's just I had an idea a few years back and I ran with it...we started out with 5 members and 4 short years later we exploded to almost 60 members....40 of the members are supporting aswell. We are a car club that has a message board so all of our members can communicateSo why aren't they a part of us?
-J
The reason why we don't link up with alot of national clubs is the reason of keeping our club to all the locals of the tri state...we try to keep it so everyone knows each other....in hence of the name of the club. Last year we did meet up with a few other car clubs and had a great time...As far as our club being formed from banned members....not to sure where you got that from but it was me and 2 other guys that started the core and from my knowledge I never heard of someone being banned from other site....yes we have had people from other sites come to us to join as do all other message boards out there but other wise thats that.I've asked them a few times, I never really get a straight answer but I think at least a handful do lurk here. I would have to say on the contrary, we have almost 60 members in our club and more than half support it. We have 3 car shows a year and meet up 1-3 times a month for bbq's, cruises, english town and other fun activities....so were always looking to have fun and keep our members happyThey're a small group of Mark VIII owners located basically around LI & Queens.
