ALSA corp took me for $300 with their crap kit.

I tried these paint pens, and are great for some touch up. I've been trying the paint/ink in the airbrush, and getting close. Started with housing just silver painted. Results look promising. I sprayer the back real quickly and the chrome started to happen.

You have me confused is it a bad product or not . I have a spare set of 10 spoke silvers I was going to try the product on.

When I bought their $300 kit, there wasn't any chrome in spray cans. The UK has had it for awhile, but can't ship it to USA. I watched a ton of videos, and there is a few different ways to spray chrome. Try it, can't cost too much. If you don't I will.

Their Killer chrome sounds just like an ALCLAD chrome product, mainly used in model car building. You need a hard black base (laquer), and you barely spray on the chrome. Can only be cleared with water based clear. Just Google "spray chrome", and you'll see a lot of stuff.

After reading on how to apply this product I find it is very important to follow the instructions. You must be meticulous when applying .

Those molotow paint pens are totally different. You lay it on real heavy. I bought a 30ml refill, and i'm using an airbrush. The molotow product doesn't require any base, or primer, just put it on. I'm working on a housing that was painted silver, and it sticks, and covers. A different process, and a learning thing. Stardustcolors.com now sells the UK stuff here in USA. I was talking with them about a month ago, and they just sent me a price list. Id suggest if you try a product, go small and see if it's what you want. In the last 4-5 years I'm it for over $500 just trying to find something that works for me. I keep trying, and hope I'm getting closer to something that works.
