I had them picked up at my house. The number of the USPS office thast picks up here is:

Not to be dismissive but they were packed fine, I wrapped both ends in plastic and they had very little room to move around in the box. I heavily taped both ends of the box. I've literally shipped 3000 items and was the manager of an eBay store for a while. It ridiculous that they weren't able to make it from here to 150 miles away.

I feel like I held up my end of this and am going to be firm on that but if you call them and they're like yea we have it I will gladly go get it, pack it back up, and send it to you again. Same thing if it is anywhere in Orlando. My number is 4073750340.

well just to show you how the box ripped open, i will post a pic later. you did tape the ends very well, but you put 14lbs of steel inside a priority triangle box, with zero tape anywhere along the seam of the box, 3 little cardboard tabs are no match for 14 lbs of steel, and the box blew out along the entire seam of that triangle box. i shipped millions of mark VIII parts world wide for 12 years, and i can honestly say that even i would know that this box wouldnt have made it out of my town before it blew open. i'm upset, i'm not saying you are a bad person because this happened, just letting you know that i am mad, the car was supposed to be fixed this weekend, now i am sitting here playing the waiting game with the post office, and in the end i know damn well the only resolution will be to go buy the control arm i need for retail and never see this one that fell out of the box. oh well we'll see what happens.

here are the pics as the box arrived at my house, the only thing inside the box was 1 control arm, a priority envelope and one plastic bag from target, so whatever it looked like when it left your house, is not how it arrived at mine, i stuck my hand through the hole that the control arm fell out from, and you can see where the whole seam was opened because there was no tape on it at all.




in my opinion, as a shipper i think you should be trying to help me locate this as well. after shipping for 12 years if anything we shipped got lost, we found it, we never left it up to the buyer thats not what you do.

Were you able to find out anything from the post office? Like I said if it is still in Orlando or this area I will gladly go get it and ship it again. I'll cover the cost of reshipping even. My number is posted above. Feel free to call me about this.

Replied to those who PM'd me about the lights. The person from craigslist said I'll take them tonight...then didn't. Ohhhhhhh, craigslist.

I will wet sand and polish them before I send them to anyone so they will look good as new. You can also feel free to call me about the lights, 4073750340.

no i havent found out nothing, all i got was a call today from my local post office telling me to go back online and fill out more forms lol what a joke.

well i still havent heard anything and now i am temporarily not living in my house i cant find this part no one seems to know where it is, the car still isnt fixed and i am quite a pissed individual. i sold millions of parts in 12 years, then i need to buy something, and this is what happens to me lol. unbelievable.

well i wouldnt purchase anything from kyle again i am not happy about how this was dealt with at all. i sent you money, you poorly packed the items i purchased, the box was destroyed and one item fell out, and you basically tell me that you did your part and now its up to me to locate the missing item. when you sell an item and something ends up going missing, you as a seller locate the part for the buyer, its not up to the buyer to find it. i have tried everything from the post office in orlando to my town and got nowhere and still have no control arm. so you get a huge negitive from me. thanks buddy enjoy the money. my wife may not be as easy as i am she wants to put in a paypal claim.

Screw that dude. Start that claim, you got the picture to prove it. I would happily refund you the money if that happened, or atleast buy you a control arm from Amazon or something. :)

You've gotta be kidding me....For $40 you still got a genuine OEM control arm less. That is less than HALF of what a MOOG control arm costs at Rock Auto for am Moog. (which for my 97 was a TRW casting and MOOG ball joint).

I ran across the receipt for these apparently they were $179 from Ford Parts Network. Call a Ford dealer and see how much one would have been.

If I had called around what difference would it have made? USPS has always told me to get ****ed when they lost an uninsured package.

I am very sorry that package got lost and understand that the deal we made was for two but I, in good faith, sent you two.

J, you have been nothing but a bitch in this thread. You never had any intent to buy something in here so why are you posting? Either way I am going to ask a mod to close this and I'll throw the lights and diff on eBay. Jamie you have my number, you can call me.
