1994 Lincoln Mark VIII

This car has run a best time of 13.82 and is in great condition. There are no problems that need to be addressed to enjoy driving or racing this vehicle. Car has 105k but engine has about 60k and has the FORD RENEWAL sticker still on valve cover.

All exessories work perfect and car is equipped with moonroof. The vehicle still has only style HVAC climate control buttons that have cracking on them.

Carpet and insulation have been removed although carpet was added where floormats go to protect from exhaust heat. All parts removed are in dry sealed containers and go with the car. Can be easily reinstalled in desired.

I will reduce the price 1500. if someone wants the stock snowflake rims with the street tires that are on them.

Just FYI, my car has the same performance enhancing mods and is three years newer with brand new paing. same miles. only difference is original motor/tranny, no rims, and no hood. and a tenth in the quarter. I didn't get any bites when i asked for 9K for it a few months back. That's only 2k over book on mine... it's like 4k or 5k over book on yours.

Good luck.

You never get back what you spend on mods, not just with the Mark, but with most cars. Only if you can find a person who wants the car they way you modded it can you get more then the book value.

True, but this is a very complete package for anyone interested. Same as Dave's. Those who modify cars take them to different levels. Only a select few will take it to this level and thus only a very select few would pay for such. By the time I'm done with mine, I realize very, very few would pay the replacement cost. I'm considering having it appraised and insured accordingly.

I havent had any luck with selling the car so far but the mods are things most people will end up doing to the car for much more so I thought it would just make sence and withough the rims it is 4k above going price but I dont think I am ready to take any more of a loss then that... yet:(

Good luck. You may find the right person, who wants that car with those mods, and will pay accordingly. But be realistic... if you need to sell it soon, you're probably going to have to come down.

Myself, i don't really want to sell my car. But if i can get 9k for it, it's gone. Someone will have to come and wave the money in my face, though.

If you're serious about selling this car, either sell it cheap or part out the so-called performance parts, bring it back to stock, sell everything and make maybe $7k or so. I'm not even sure it would bring that much. Trans+TC=$1500 at best, 4.10s=$500, wheels=$700, stock car=$3000. The rest is either very hard to sell, or not worth a lot. Been there, done that.

If you decide to part out the performance parts. I'll be VERY interested in the 4.10's and driveshaft.

I was looking around and I may have overestimated what my car is worth. It seems as though my car would be worth more in parts. Not sure what I can get for it but will entertain any offers.

Thanks
