I was at Perry's house saturday. I was thinking this was Yukon unit due to the spring design and the Yukon looking Y. He was told it was ford or ford assembled, but it lacked any ford or motorcraft marks.
Yukon is very good quality. The concern is that if you assume itis a ford unit and install as if it was you could perform a poor install. A similair example is if you install non-Ford gears such as Yukon or Motive you can not use the Ford pinion depth and backlash guidlines as each brand has their own.
