I dont see any reason why they wouldnt since its a manufacturers defect. Even in the worst case you could put some washers in the place of it couldnt you?

I talked to DYNOTECH today and they stated the flanges thy are getting from DANA are now being made in Mexico and have to be ground down in order to balance the driveshaft . The solution to the problem is a SONNAX flange that is stronger ,lighter and far more balanced . DYNOTECH is installing the SONNAX flange and rebalancing the driveshaft but I am paying for the flange plus the shipping back to the facility. So if anyone her is looking to buy a driveshaft I would strongly recommend spending the money and getting the SONNAX flange or have a ground down DANA P.O.S that is made in mexico

It makes you wonder if the vibration issues with these cars may start with a poorly made flange and of course the two piece driveshaft .

Too bad it's giving you trouble, but it does sound like excellent support from DynoTech. That's reassuring!

Please post photos of the new flanges when you get the shaft. (heh.) It'd be very interesting to see the differences.
