Fails smog - P0411 Secondary Air Injection not fixed yet

I've been through some of the basics. I checked the air pump and it starts up for the first couple minutes after startup and then shuts down. So that tells me the relay and the pump are working. I just got the control valve replaced too. Cleared the code and ran it for probably 30 plus miles with no repeat MIL. Gt it smogged successfully today. On the way home the CEL came back on. Same code for insufficient flow. So looking at the control valve there is a thin vacuum line (one of those preformed hard plastic tubes) that travels up the front of the engine over to an EGR pressure sensor. Is there any remote chance this sensor could be bad? If not I'm at a loss on what to do to make this silly light go away short of tuning it out.

Any thoughts or suggestions on hat to look at?

Ok, so now I've been driving for 10 days with the Secondary Air Injection Pressure Relay replaced and not a single CE light. So in my case, this was the problem. This relay can be traced from the small vacuum line coming from the control valve in front of the crank pulley up to a bracket and relay bolted to the driver side strut tower. Looks very similar to the EGR pressure sensor mounted to the driver side valve cover. But the EGR sensor is bolted to its bracket with 2 bolts and the control valve pressure sensor slips over a bracket and holds with locking tabs. The yellow circled one is the valve I replaced vs. the red circled one is the EGR pressure sensor. Hope this helps someone someday.
