First attempt at a custom fiberglass sub box.

So I had an 8" sub layin around that I wasn't using. So, I figured it was time to order another one and put them to use. I have 1 10W3 JL sub in a tube box now, and it sounds great for me. I have built many systems that were big & loud, but now I'm getting older and I don't need that. In fact, my 1 10" sub takes up more room than like. That's why I decided to start this project. (that, and I was board:thumbsup:) If this set up doesn't sound good when I'm done it will be sent packin. As the title says, this is my first all fiberglass enclosure attempt. My plan is to tuck the subs out of the way as much as possible. Its going to go in the rear corner. Even though it covers the air ride door it easily, with a little pressure, slides right out. It holds in place nice and snug though, so it won't slide around.

Interesting. And a very ambitious project. I'm looking forward to hearing about your results!
