Bad idea!
Do NOT, EVER, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE use ANYTHING to clean and/or wax your car that claims you can use it with no water. These products have been around for a few years, I have heard it be called Rejuvenate and a couple other names I can't recall.
Basically, use common sense and don't fall for the bull**** ads. Unless someone invents a cleaning agent to DISSOLVE all that dirt, dust, and grime (physically impossible without it dissolving other things like your clearcoat and paint), you WILL be swiping all that nastiness over your car, scratching the crap out of it in the process. These products have waxes and polymers in them that quickly fill and hide the scratches you just created all over the place, so initially, it looks great, but after a wash or 2 when you wash off all those scratch hiding agents, you will have a ruined paintjob EVERYWHERE.
One of my ex g/fs heard about this stuff on TV and wanted to try it on her old Subaru. Despite my objections, she bought a can, and the above was the result. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE SHE DID!
And if you decide to disregard my advice, at least wash your car the old fashioned way (with car soap and water) right before using this stuff. It may be fine as a wax, but remember: WHENEVER YOU WASH YOUR CAR WITHOUT ANY WATER, YOU ARE SCHLACKING ALL THE DIRT ON IT AGAINST YOUR PAINT, NO MATTER WHAT THE LIARS ARE SAYING ON THE CAN. THEY WON'T BE PAYING FOR YOUR NEW PAINT JOB, YOU WILL BE!
