Gen 2 - Cobra Intake Swap

I searched a lot of the other threads without avail for the IM bolts. I can get part numbers from Ford but I don't know what car the shorter bolts came from.

Also, I would like to drill and tap the two bolt bosses for the vacuum fittings. Does anyone have specs on that? I couldn't find the info in here, just pictures. I know 3/8" fittings, but what about the thread and pitch?

Thread and pitch...

3/8" pipe thread. Just look for a 3/8 NPT tap.

The drill size wood be 37/64" or you can use a 9/16" bit, since it's more common.

Any idea on the shorter mounting bolts for the rear of the lower intake manifold?

I can't help you there. If you can get the longer bolts, maybe you could just cut them shorter and de-burr/re-thread the ends...

I bought my manifold with all of the bolts included. That said, I haven't verified that, or installed it yet, so I may end up in your same predicament. Lol.
