Heat/air only works at idle

Ok when I drive the car it says check charging system and the temperature control module won't work but when I'm idleing it works fine I think it may be the alternator cause when I rev the car up the lights get brighter and the then the temperature control module shuts down till I let it idle again any ideas??????

Have your alternator and battery tested low voltage / amperage causes havoc on computer controls also check your battery cables .

Ditto on the charging system. After hearing about your lights.

If that somehow checks fine I'd go hunting for a vacuum leak.
