help needed. steering clearance for headers

i need some one who can fabricate the required modified steering coupler for my frpp shortie headers. there are no machine shops or speed shops within. 200 miles of me. any and all help would be appreciated.

What do you mean by fabricate?

Install?

It should be nothing more than off the shelf parts with the worse case of having the shaft cut to a specific length.
