HELP!! No brakes

Ok I have a 94 mark 8 i just put new pads on last night and when I went to bleed the brakes I am only getting fluid to the front right brake and the rear left brake does anyone know if the front half of the master cylinder operates one front and one rear and if the back operates the other front and the other rear????

Yes, the FN10(MarkVIII) and MN12(Thunderbird, Cougar) have a crossed system. Left front - right rear, Right front - left rear.

So I more than likely have a bad secondary chamber on my master cylinder

In the 94 manual it states to bleed brakes in a certain order: RR, LF, LR, RF.
