If I were looking for a nice Mark VIII and it matched the description as advertised, the price would be fair IMHO.

I'd offer $5,000 but I realize you indicated he won't budge on price. Nada Guides, used by the dealerships, indicates $3,867 for a 95 Mark VIII with 38,500 miles in excellent condition. But is this one in excellent condition? Only you can figure that when you see it. These don't like to sit around. Good luck!!
