We made it home in the normal time, 9 hours. This makes 11 trouble-free trips to Carlisle in the Mark! I hope everyone gets home safe!!

Thank you for the club award (Best Lincoln Stock)!!!! Really cool!

Glad you made it home safe. :)

It was a great weekend and you and Brad are part of what makes it so, year after year. ;)

Glad to hear you made it home Rene & Brad! It was good seeing you again :)

Wendy and I toured & spent the night in Gettysburg, PA. lol at a Comfort Suites no less. :) I think the LOD should consider using this hotel for home base during next year's Carlisle event.

No lie, perfect location - I literally have a view of cemetery head stones looking out my bedroom window :cool-blue:

I will post a photo when daylight returns. I am afraid to open the drapes now to see if a spirit is looking in :eek-large:

We are hitting the road at dawn for our 700 mile trek home.

Weather forecast calls for rain the entire way... again...

"Well, the neighbors are quiet." :D

Mike, I hope that your drive is uneventful, even if wet. I'm glad you and Wendy were able to make it this year!

Home safe too, nothing to report. Wasn't even anyone to race on the way home :(

Congrats on a well deserved award Rene!

We made it the 500 mile trip in 7 hrs with 2 stops thru OH and PA so called construction traps. The black ONE did fine, although I am blind, and half deaf.

We made it home  lol It rained from PA to TN, and I think The Mark has a new world's record for the longest hydroplaning attempt :cool-blue:

And another thing, what's up with this photo... :eek-large: :eek-large: :eek-large:

Blind from being in darkness for the entire ride?
You know when you have to lower the windows to look in the rear view mirror something is up. lol. I thought I move the sunroof shade to let some light in. Nope, the sunroof glass is pitch black too :cool-blue:

At an average of 71 MPH those 2 stops HAD to be for fuel!
It would've been better, but the car gets somewhat loud over 3k RPMs.

And that's what happens when you hang out with Joe...

Also, whatever am I going to do with all that Mexican beer I bought at your request... :p
Blame PA for their weird laws. You can always bring it here on the 11th

And another thing, what's up with this photo...
I'll tell you what's up ... she should be holding a CE steering wheel to match that shifter :rolleyes-green:

lol Do you have one in your inventory for sale?

Here's a fun fact... The Mark went through 8 tanks of fuel for this 1400+ mile adventure, tallying a $324.33 fuel bill. :)

Here's a correlation: I went from Annapolis, MD to Bennington. VT and back on one and 1/8 tanks of diesel fuel (22 Gal) - Cost $70.00 About 800 miles plus the running around while there.
