Here is my issue the differential was rebuilt and installed by a shop and I have had issues ever since so I removed my differential and find my bushings smashed so with out thinking about it to much I buy a set from SCP go to install them and find the shop tightened the differential mounts so much that they crushed my mounting area for my differential on my IRS. Do you guys think this is a major issue and do you think it can be repaired or am I looking at replacing the entire IRS cradle

No I'm not going after anyone I 'm moving forward I don't want those people touching my car ever again as long as I can stand on my own two feet I will work on it myself.

I'd be tempted to slap the heaviest washer I could find right there, and reassemble. Assuming it doesn't present a problem with clearance, anyway.
Tacking it in place with a welder would probably be ideal, but I don't have a welder. :)

Well I took a good long look at the mounting hole and found a sleeve that the bolt goes thru in the IRS carriage cocked in the hole and protruding .I am in the market for a IRS carriage now. If you look closely you can see it in the upper left area of the hole and when I slide the bolt thru it cocks the sleeve can't be removed I think it is surrounded by rubber.

Ford never sold just the bushings. Only real aftermarket or performance options for the knuckles and lower control arms are the poly bushings from Super Coupe Performance or the Delrin bushings made by a few people on the forums or that social media site. Super coupe also sells delrin options. From what everyone says, the delrin is the best option. This will allow you to use the same bushing material throughout the knuckle and LCA. There really is no OEM grade option except to buy brand new knuckles and LCA's which will run about 1500. If you buy the right LCA delrin bushings you can get rid of the toe compensators. I think for the differential you can get poly from Energy suspension or oem rubber.
