Moose's idle has been erratic, needs a new IAC valve so called around to see who had one.
Local Lincoln dealer: $71but has to order it
AutoZone store brand (Chinese?): $49 in stock
Local mom/pop auto parts store Motorcraft original: $39 in stock

Actually I believe the OEM was Hitachi?

Rock Auto: $27 to $41. I suspect plus a few bucks shipping. Their Motocraft one is $35. The Hitachi says it is the OEM Driller so it appears you are correct. It is $40.

I would have gone to Rock Auto but I needed it right away since the weekend was approaching. If I bought from Rock Auto I wouldn't have it until next week.

Did you try cleaning it?
In 14 years of mark ownership it's always worked for me.
