This is a fun one on a G2 car.
There is a release pin you have to push in on the bottom of the key cylinder housing.
You cannot see what, and where though
Remove the knee panel, and put a mirror in there to see the bottom of the switch. Locate the pin, turn the key to ACC, push the pin, pull out the cylinder with key. Sounds easier than it is. But that's the deal.
