Congrats Tommy! Looks like a lot of fun with the top mount blower. That should take care of the low-end torque.

Have you ever ran that beauty at the track?

Yes, it does have the torque. Dynoed at 408 RWHP and 430 TRQ. The 3:73 posi added to the thrust. I've never had her to the track but plan to when I can get some extra 10 spoke chrome wheels and some Nittos. Right now I'm happy to have a nice cruzer/sleeper

Absolutely beautiful car Tommy!

My type of sleeper, very clean and subtle! I hope to do something similar to mine in the future.

Thanks for the complements. Not everyone appreciates the Mark 8's or shares our admiration for the fine cars they were. I like to think of mine as a gentleman's hot rod.

I agree entirely with this statement. One of the things I like about the Mark VIII, particularly the Gen2s, is that they still look very modern for their age. On a side note, at your hp level, Mickeys or Hoosiers might be better. Just a thought. But either way, if you're hookin' you're bookin'. :D
