Would there be a chance of starting a chapter in my area?
I don't know about your general area.... but there's not a South East chapter that I see... I'm sure there is enough Mark VIII's if you were to include the carolinas, tennessee, georgia, bama etc.Thanx the only other prob would be is if i could get enough members together to do this

Yea i hear that man idk how quick mine is maybe i can take it to the track one dayI'm in Tennessee. I don't find many other MarkVIII or even Lincoln enthusiasts around much. I know there's a guy about 45mins away but I don't know how serious he is. I met another umm "enthusiast" at the drag strip a few months ago but I don't know if I'd really want him around. Guy claimed his stock 97 LSC ran 9.4's in the 1/8th mile. I ran a 9.36(spinning!!) and he ran a 10.2 :fart
Try hitting up other forums and maybe even YouTube.
93.. if it's the W3Z2 ECU it should run a low 10/high 9 in the 1/8th mile.(low 15's 1/4 mile) My 93(130XXX miles) I had ran 10.0's stock and 9.93 with nothing but the rear mufflers deleted and a modified stock air box. Some of the 93's ran high 14's(1/4 mile) stock but that was many years and many miles ago.Yea i hear that man idk how quick mine is maybe i can take it to the track one day

I have the KOOKS 3/4 length headers, 2.5 SCP true dual exhaust, magnaflow x-pipe, SCP mufflers, 255lph fuel pump, C&L 80mm MAF, smoothed intake tube, March u/d pulleys, FRPP a/c delete, 3.73 motive gears, FRPP traclok, SCT with a dyno tune and I think that's it.. I ran a best of 9.6 before the headers and exhaust and ran the 9.36 after the headers, exhaust and dyno tune. But my 60' time was the same a 2.23 Gotta get some stickier tires! and a stall:thumbsup: But yours, depending on your track prolly 9.5's maybe faster. Easy fix. Get the KOOKS headers and get rid of the cats completely. That may or may not be legal.... I'm not a lawyer.Th reason I gutted the cats is cuz the people that had it before me didn't take care of it an I had a total melt down of the cats
