I see water coming out pretty fast from what appears to be front of motor, thinking water pump, as i cant get a good angle from wheelchair. Its been making a sqweeking noise with belt for a coyple days and can someone tell me what is right in front of crank/balancer? It has a vaccuum line going to it looks lije some kind of valve ive had 5 marks now and dont know what that is.

Secondary Air Injection distributor valve... air pump is in drivers side fender and it pumps air into the exhaust manifolds on startup for cleaner emissions to help the cats heat up.

If you can't verify a coolant leak try removing the belt and spinning the water pump pulley by hand. It should feel smooth to spin.
