Welcome!

You've got some nice cars.

Those wheels are pretty big on that Town Car. Did you notice any increase in fuel mileage when you put them on?

Thanks guys!! The town car lost gas mileage when i put the bigger wheels on. it went from 21mpg to 19mpg but i can stop on a dime anytime rain or shine :) Also the Town car handles great and still rides smooth with the bigger wheels on it. The town car has all fosgate stereo and it sounds really clear. I like both the Lincolns alot... i am glad i purchased them.

hey bill?? Have you had the air suspension issues with those lincolns yet. I see them in town slammed to the ground cause of no suspension all the time... LOL I am sure your on top of it.

thanks again guys. see you around

Those wheels must be heavy to decrease your fuel mileage. I was thinking that the added diameter would increase the mileage.

As far as my air suspensions go, yes, I am on top of it.:D

I've had the red Mark for about 7 years now, and the green one for about 3. shortly after bought each of them, I replaced the front airspring/shock assemblies with new Ford OEM units.

I've replaced the compressor twice on the red one and once on the green one, with rebuilt units.

I installed spider valves and Module VIII's on both cars for reliability and control of the ride height.

Those are some sharp rides. I had my air springs converted to coil springs cause the back sagged lower after i installed the stereo. My entire trunk is filled with wood , amps and speakers so that added alot of additional weight. I got the town car cause i am a dad and i wanted a really big/safe ride for my daughter :) gas mileage is nothing to worry about.

thanks whiplash. I really am far from your normal internet junkie. I use the internet more for information and to just meet people. I'm not here to start **** or take it either. Other forums in the past have been over run by kids and angry abused adults...LOL

Is anyone else here a single father? My daughter is 14 months old :) She is a doll
