Forecast discussions are used by meteorologists on TV to help plan their forecasts. It's a little "wordy" but you'll get the idea of what's going to happen based on computerized runs.
Here's what they say for Saturday:

THE SUNSHINE...COMBINED WITH ENS MEAN 8H TEMPS ARND 12C...SHOULD TRANSLATE TO HIGHS FROM AROUND 70F OVER THE HIGHEST TERRAIN...TO NEAR 80F ACROSS THE SUSQ VALLEY.
