Mike - look at this also, to see the forecast discussions of what might be headed toward Carlisle - this is from the National Weather Service office in State College, PA, not far from Carlisle:

Forecast discussions are used by meteorologists on TV to help plan their forecasts. It's a little "wordy" but you'll get the idea of what's going to happen based on computerized runs.

Here's what they say for Saturday:

WHAT APPEARS CERTAIN IS THAT AT LEAST PARTIAL SUNSHINE WILL RETURN TO THE ENTIRE REGION ON SATURDAY...AS AFOREMENTIONED DRIER WESTERLY FLOW ARRIVES. THE SUNSHINE...COMBINED WITH ENS MEAN 8H TEMPS ARND 12C...SHOULD TRANSLATE TO HIGHS FROM AROUND 70F OVER THE HIGHEST TERRAIN...TO NEAR 80F ACROSS THE SUSQ VALLEY.
